AndroAge™: A New Lens on Men’s Health
We usually think of age as a number written on our passport. But inside the body, things can tell a very different story. Some systems age more quickly, others stay younger for longer, and most of the time we don’t notice until a problem becomes obvious.
AndroAge™ was created to make one of those hidden processes visible. It gives men a clear estimate of how youthful their erection health appears compared to their actual age. It does this by looking at what happens during sleep: your nightly erections.
Why erections at night matter
Most men are surprised to learn that the body produces several erections while they sleep, often adding up to two or more hours in total. These aren’t about desire or dreams. They are part of a natural maintenance system. Each episode pushes fresh, oxygen-rich blood into the erectile tissue, keeping it healthy and resilient.
Because these erections happen automatically, without stress or effort, they offer one of the most honest reflections of how well your vascular and hormonal systems are functioning. When health slips, whether from age, lifestyle, or disease, the changes often show up here before anywhere else.
What AndroAge measures
The Adam Sensor records how long and how often your night-time erections occur. AndroAge then compares those measurements to a large clinical dataset of healthy men aged from their twenties to well over seventy.
From this comparison it produces your AndroAge: a score that acts as a proxy for biological age in the domain of erection health. If your erection patterns look more like those of a younger man, your AndroAge will appear lower than your actual age. If they look more like those of an older man, your AndroAge will appear higher.
Why duration is the key signal
Men often think more episodes are better. In reality, research shows that the number of episodes tends to stay fairly constant with age. What changes is their length. Younger men spend more total time in erection across the night. With age, the episodes often become shorter even if they still happen just as frequently.
For that reason, AndroAge focuses primarily on total erection duration. It is the most sensitive marker of decline and the clearest indicator of whether the system is staying youthful or showing signs of ageing.
One night is not the whole story
Everyone has an off night. Alcohol, a poor sleep schedule, stress, or even heavy exercise can throw things off. A single measurement might show your AndroAge as dramatically older or younger than expected. That is why the value lies not in one number but in the average over time.
When you look at your AndroAge over a week, a month, or longer, the noise fades and the real signal emerges. This is where the score becomes truly meaningful, showing whether your system is stable, improving, or slipping in a way that deserves attention.
Why it matters
AndroAge does not diagnose disease and it does not replace medical advice. What it gives you is something men have never really had before: a clear, objective, and private way to track erection health.
It offers early insight into how your body is changing. It creates a feedback loop for lifestyle changes, medical treatments, or simple self-care. And it reframes erection health not only as a matter of performance but as a vital measure of overall vitality.
The bigger picture
We live in a world where men often avoid health checks until something is wrong. AndroAge turns what used to be a hidden process into a visible part of your health story. It is not your exact biological age, but it is a powerful proxy for how youthful or aged your erection, vascular, and hormone system looks.
Over time, the long-term patterns you see in your AndroAge may become one of the clearest signals of how well you are taking care of yourself.
